Shipping Policy

■ Product Shipping Times
All of our products are made to order.
Regarding shipping, we aim to ship within approximately 3 weeks after order confirmation (payment confirmed), excluding holidays such as weekends, public holidays, and New Year holidays. After shipping is completed, delivery will take approximately 1 to 3 days.

*Orders placed before or after long holidays such as Golden Week, Obon, and New Year, or during periods of high production, may take longer than usual to ship.
*Delivery may be delayed due to weather conditions, traffic conditions, or the circumstances of the shipping company (Sagawa Express, etc.).

Due to the nature of made-to-order production, we cannot accept any cancellations or changes to your order (size, color, etc.) after it has been confirmed. Thank you for your understanding.

■ Shipping Fees
Shipping is a flat rate of 700 yen (tax included) nationwide.
