【About Product Sales】

◆About Shipping Fees
Shipping fee is a flat rate of 700 yen (tax included) nationwide.

◆Product Delivery Time
Since our shop's products are made-to-order, it takes time from order placement (payment confirmation) to shipment.
Typically, products are shipped approximately 3 weeks after order confirmation.

Please note that orders placed around holidays or during periods of high production volume may take longer than usual.
(Our holidays: Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays, Golden Week, Obon, New Year's holidays)
Additionally, delivery may be delayed due to the shipping carrier's circumstances (e.g., weather, traffic conditions). We appreciate your understanding.

◆Returns and Exchanges (Handling of defective products or incorrect shipments)
If a product has an initial defect (e.g., scratch, stain) or if the product received differs from the product ordered (incorrect shipment), please contact us within 7 days of product arrival. We will exchange it for a non-defective item free of charge (at our expense).
(*Only if replacement stock or fabric is unavailable, we will issue a refund.)

Please note that all products are made-to-order, so we cannot accept order cancellations, product changes, returns, or exchanges due to customer convenience.
