Returns and Refunds Policy

■Returns and Exchanges

As our products are made-to-order, we do not accept returns, refunds, exchanges, order cancellations, or changes to order details due to customer convenience (e.g., wrong size, different from image, incorrect order) after an order has been confirmed.
Please carefully check the size, color, etc., before placing your order.

■In case of defective or incorrect items delivered

Upon arrival, please inspect the product within 7 days to ensure there are no scratches or defects, and that the order content is correct.
In the unlikely event that the delivered product has an initial defect (damage or stains), or if you received a different product than what you ordered, we will exchange it for a non-defective item of the same product. (Please note that only in cases where an exchange item cannot be provided due to limited editions, out-of-stock fabric, etc., will we process a return and refund.)

・Contact deadline for damage/incorrect delivery
Within 7 days of product arrival, please contact us via the inquiry page with your name, order number, and photos of the affected area. We will then guide you through the process. Please be aware that after 7 days, we will not be able to assist, even for defective items.

・Damage during shipping
If you notice product damage due to packaging damage upon arrival, please return the product to its packaging materials (cardboard, etc.) and contact the shipping company. Damage during transit is guaranteed by the shipping company, but confirmation of packaging materials is required.

・Return shipping costs
For initial defects or incorrect items shipped, we will cover the shipping costs for return and re-shipment (cash on delivery).

・Included items for return
When returning a product, please ensure that all accessories, such as tags attached to the product, are returned together with the product.

【Returns and exchanges will not be accepted for defective products in the following cases】
・Products that have been more than 8 days since arrival
・Products that have been used (worn beyond the scope of trying on), or products that have been altered, washed, or dry-cleaned
・Products where accessories, warranty cards, disclaimer tags, or sales product tags have been removed from the product or lost
・Products purchased from sources other than this EC site (official online shop)
・If, upon checking the returned item, we are unable to determine it as defective (e.g., within manufacturing tolerances)
